Commitment to |
We have a decided preference for conducting our own investigations from scratch rather than relying on the police, or state’s, or previous investigator’s work. We are more than willing to re-interview witnesses and re-investigate cases, and in many cases our diligent work allows us to develop an alternative picture of the case.
We make it a practice to keep our clients as up-to-date as possible on the status of their case. Often, this commitment requires that we visit our clients in jail or in prison. We don’t see these visits as an imposition. We enjoy working with our incarcerated clients -- even those others have given up on.
Together, we bring nearly three decades of experience to our criminal defense and appellate practice areas. Many of our clients are referred to us by other lawyers because of our outstanding reputation for investigative and courtroom excellence. In all of our work, we go well beyond what is merely expected.
